    I'm currently using ESET Smart Security 4 and I love it. I've used it on Vista too. I love how it updates automatically with the latest definitions. This makes it easier on you mainly because for me I feel too lazy to update my definitions on a daily basis.

    By reading reviews, seeing what other people are saying about the competitors out there. That's the best way to choose a good AV program in my honest opinion.
