How can I get more likes in my Fan Page?

I have a Facebook Fan Page but the only people that are there are just my personal friends. I tried to exchange likes from some forum owners but some aren't actually interested. I wonder if its really good to have lots of like and fans in Facebook and is traffic worth?

How do you get tons facebook likes, can you teach us please in details.

Hi there, enhu - Facebook traffic is definitely worth it - the search engines love FB and the more exposure you give your business, the better. I have two Facebook accounts - one for my business and another for personal use. I link back and forth between the two of them and whenever I post to my business Facebook page, I post a note to my personal Facebook page, as well. I'd say that quality, though, is better than quantity. I wouldn't just exchange links and/or "likes" just to add to one's Facebook page; I'd instead focus on putting up good quality information on my page and let that speak for itself.

Maybe that will work for those who already have fans about 50+ but mine currently 12 so that might not attract the contents. But I'm gonna try adding quality contents.
I also notice some fan pages add selected thread links in their pages every time there's an update in the forum, i might try this too.
